At The Good Haul, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, respectful, and professional service. While all sales are generally final, we understand that situations can arise. Our refund policy is outlined below:
Refund Policy - the basics
✅ Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

Service was canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice and pre-payment was made

A service failure occurred due to an error on our part (e.g., missed appointment, wrong item taken)

Donation-only service was unable to be completed, and no alternative was provided
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Same-day cancellations or no-shows

Services already completed
-
Load size disputes after items have been removed

Donation drop-offs where the nonprofit declined your items (we’ll still provide disposal if needed)

The Haul Pass monthly membership after the billing cycle has begun
🔁 Rescheduling or Service Credit
In most cases, we’re happy to reschedule your pickup or apply a service credit toward a future visit if the issue was minor or due to unexpected circumstances. Just text or call us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
